Apparently, once my file is approved and returned from HPD, I have to send my marketing agent updated copies of my paystubs and bank statements before I can move into the unit. Going nuts over here. My log number is between 50-100. Sifting through all the rejects slows down the process. That means your Tenant Income Certification (TIC) was already approved by HPD.
