I was dealing With the paperwork part for over a month. For anyone needing some timelines this is me as of today. They submitted my file to HDC for approval last Wednesday and it would have only taken 3 days - but HDC needed me to sign some more paperwork and so it ended up taking 4 business days. I just viewed today and asked how long before the lease and getting my keys and I was told before the end of the month. I'm sooooooo confused as to who would want an apartment with no damn living room. Should have made a note of these things at the viewing but so much info to process.
Apparently, once my file is approved and returned from HPD, I have to send my marketing agent updated copies of my paystubs and bank statements before I can move into the unit. Going nuts over here. My log number is between 50-100. Sifting through all the rejects slows down the process. That means your Tenant Income Certification (TIC) was already approved by HPD.
