The top line in the MMI for 'version' is: SW: D3-HU 41. If there is no control for a while, disappears from the screen automatically. You could have asked if there is a way to stop that. This is a common enough issue that we know was one of two issues. If your back-up camera was not working at all then you have a REAL complaint. I have the 12 inch screen so the options on the bottom half of the screen still worked (heated seats, etc).

At this state, even if you drive at less than about 10 km/h, DRV is remained at OFF state. If it works, the view will switch to the rear view camera and stay there. Could happen...
